Metsä Fibre biotuotetehdas- projekti
Metsä Fibren huippumoderni Kemin biotuotetehdas oli massiivinen rakennusprojekti, jossa kaikki työvaiheet vaikuttivat toisiinsa. Automaatio- ja instrumentointiasennuksia urakoinut DC Works lähes kaksinkertaisti työntekijöiden määrän projektin loppumetreillä ja hoiti oman osuutensa kiristyneessä aikataulussa, jotta tehdas saatiin käyntiin aikataulussa.
RoviSys – Datakeskuksen täysautomaation ja kenttähallinnan kokonaisratkaisu
DC Works toimi pääurakoitsijana datakeskuksen automaatioprojektissa, joka sisälsi kenttähallinnan, VFD- ja VSD-asennukset, automaation ja instrumentoinnin sekä verkko- ja valokuituasennukset BMS-järjestelmää varten.
Solenis Finland – T2-tehdaslaajennus
DC Works toteutti sähkö- ja automaatiourakan Solenis Finlandin T2-tehdaslaajennusprojektissa. Projektiin kuului mittava kaapelointi ja instrumentointityö: yhteensä 2,5 kilometriä kaapelireittejä ja 35 kilometriä kaapeleita vedettiin laajennusalueelle. Työn aikana asennettiin 272 instrumenttilaitetta, 33 moottorikäyttöä sekä 320 ATEX-hyväksyttyä laitetta.
